Even though most of our internships are offered during the summer, we do have some year-round involvement to provide interns with an opportunity to expand their educational experiences in a professional environment. If you don't see an internship of interest be sure to check back as they are always changing. Some of the perks of being an intern at CROPP Cooperative are competitive pay, work experience in your area of study, flexible scheduling, casual dress, training and development opportunities, wellness program opportunities, and discounted Organic Valley and Organic Prairie products.

Leah, Organic Prairie Marketing: “The best experiences I had were farm tours, being involved with new product development, and applying my classroom knowledge to Organic Prairie projects. I cannot give credit enough to the Organic Prairie staff as they provided me with an invaluable experience that has been incredible!”

What's up "OV" interns

Learning about farm operations from the experts—The Farmers!

A fun perk to being an OV intern is participating in Farm Tours led by Organic Valley Farmers!

Going on a farm tour works up an appetite...picnic lunch anyone?

During the summer, interns have many opportunities to learn about organics and other topics from one of our pioneers - George our CEO.

It not only got my foot in the door for my current position with CROPP, but it taught me skills like interpersonal communication and time management that will help me in my career for years to come. Being an intern at CROPP was one of the best experiences of my life.” (Amber is now a full-time CROPPie!)

Kevin, Global Sales: “Organic Valley focuses on providing work that helps both the individual and the company grow. Knowing that I could impact the future of this business was extremely exciting. I had the flexibility to put my own ideas and thoughts into every project and my daily work. (Kevin is now a full-time CROPPie!)
