Why did you decide to come to work at CROPP? 
I liked what I had heard from current employees and it intrigued me to learn more.  I also liked that CROPP was a big company with a small town feel and an admirable mission.

How long have you been with CROPP? 
Since December 7th, 2009 

Why do you like working at CROPP?  
There are too many reasons to list, I like how flexible the work hours are, the atmosphere and environment are awesome and you cannot beat the fellow Croppies. 

What has been the best experience or day you’ve had at CROPP thus far?  
My favorite day was shortly after I started when I attended a Facility Tour.  We toured locations to learn about what is done there and why it is essential to the cooperative.  

What’s your favorite perk/benefit? 
The casual dress code and delicious cafe'.

What’s your favorite Organic Valley or Organic Prairie product?  
Vermont Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Describe your typical workday at CROPP:
It's different every day. I have a good mix of meetings, trainings, and computer time.

Describe your commute: 
I have a very scenic 35 mile commute through small towns and the Kickapoo Valley Reserve.

What other types of jobs have you held? 
Mainly positions in sales
