

Why did you decide to come to work at CROPP?
I wanted to work in agriculture and had a special interest and experience in natural/organic farming methods. Also, it just so happened to be the only interview I got after graduating college.
How long have you been with CROPP?
Since February 2007
Why do you like working at CROPP?
I like working for a growing, mid-sized company where I feel like we are big enough to influence the whole market, but small enough that I can still have lunch with the CFO.
What has been the best experience or day you’ve had at CROPP thus far?
Probably the day I ran out of gas while driving the CEO and Board President across the country. I learned a great lesson in humility.
What’s your favorite perk/benefit?
Well it's not necessarily a monetary perk or benefit, but I thoroughly enjoy being a part of such a dynamic, growing industry. It's a great alternative to business school.
What’s your favorite Organic Valley or Organic Prairie product?
Raw Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Describe your commute:
I live about 1/2 mile from the office, so when it's nice out it's a relaxing 7 minute walk through the park. Otherwise, it's a very short drive.
What other types of jobs have you held?
I worked on many dairy farms as I was growing up, and during college interned in the public sector as a grazing specialist.
What are your other interests or hobbies?
I enjoy the outdoors, raising chickens and watching the Packers win titles.
