
Blaise’s first chore as a boy was bottle-feeding calves on his family farm, Cobblestone Valley, in Preble, New York. Cobblestone Valley’s primary focus is on their herd of 80 milking cows however they have also diversified their operation by adding organic pastured poultry, beef, pork, and strawberry production. Blaise has a vision to make the farm to more energy independent through increased grazing and a focus on sustainable energy.
Blaise thrives on sharing his passion for food, farming and land stewardship with others. He encourages knowing farmers in your community as a means to building relationships and trust between people and food. Blaise strongly believes creating a sustainable future only comes from individuals working together to learn best practices for the land, the animals, and the planet.
