Dan,First I want to say I enjoy your stories of how you are living and all the animals around you! I never miss an issue and I pass them on to family and friends. My oldest daughter wants to live the way you are. Do you have a book on it? Now for the subject question, you mentioned in today's column that you have apples to eat from now into february??? How do you keep them fresh? The seed and bulb keeping I know about, but have never been able to keep apples fresh for more then a couple of weeks. Please let me know.
