Dear Dan,Just to let you know I enjoyed your story of Chickadeeand Red Fox!We live in the country ourselves with birds, Raccoons,Opossums, and Deer as neighbors. I noticed the deerloved to eat the Tulips just before they were ready toblossom. We had to spray them with 'garlic barrier' sowe could have flowers blooming this year. The deeralso like to eat the blackberry leaves in the backyard. We put feed out for the birds and once in awhile for the Raccoons during the Winter months.Fortunately it ususlly does not get very cold hereduring the winter, just down in the 30's mostly, andoccasionally in the 20's for a week or two.Best Regards,
