Dan, again thank you for your painted words.I live in NY State and near to the Appalachian trail. I hiked yesterday for hours there as I often do and really took the time to observe my surroundings. I've grown up in the forest but never tire of it. You inspire me. There is always a moment when I receive your e mails when I say oh I am too busy to read this. But I never delete them before I do and I am always happier for not having deleted after reading them. You have a gift and oh how the lilacs do smell. I will look forward to the trillium!I am thankful for all of the rain and cool weather we have had. It has been a beautiful spring. Red tailed hawks are abundant here. Loving them this year. We have loads of Mt. Laurel along the Appalachian about to bloom. I cannot wait! Thanks again, Lynn Vezina
