What a great piece

What a great piece you did this time, by your descriptions of everything living I could see them in my head. I live in Florida and we are fighting the taking away of so many animals habitat's here. We have just had a house buillt and have saved both holes that our turtles live in. We also have a resident hawk, he is quite verbal so we know he must have a nest close by, we have not been able to find it yet. We lived in south Florida for over 25 years and moving up here to what they call the nature coast is wonderful. In our house in Miami we fed squirrels, doves and various other birds, the red birds and woodpecker came every year. Also, we had raccoons and an ocassional opossum. We also had a resident snake, we would scare each other once in awhile. The prettiest thing we had were peacocks and hens, we watched them each year raise their young, we even had an albino one. Keep giving us the vivid descriptions and beautiful drawings, it restores our faith in the universe. Just wanted to share how I felt, thank you.
