I've been writing to my mother on your stationery.  She was a painter for many years, but at 88, she has put down her brushes.  She loves the drawings of birds that you did, commenting on them more than any other cards I have sent.  She said to me tonight, "A beautiful bird visited me today!  Thank you for sharing your work.
