Nonprofit & Community Group Volunteer Benefits
July 24 & 25, 2010

Volunteer groups will be paid $7.00 per hour worked by each group member at the Kickapoo Country Fair.

A single check will be made out to the group after the event, along with an itemization of hours worked by group

• NOTE: A W-9 form must be on file prior to the event date 

Any group that provides volunteers to cover 15 or more shifts is eligible for a table in our nonprofit / community organization tent, at no additional charge

• Shifts are 2 hours each (30 total work hours)
• Must be signed up by June 01, 2010

Individuals will receive the following benefits, in addition to the group benefits:

FREE entry into the fair - value $10.00

2010 Kickapoo Country Fair t-shirt

• Volunteer groups may wear their own group T-shirts while volunteering, if preferred

There will be prize drawings for volunteers each day

• Volunteers must be on time, as well as sign-in and sign-out

In 2009 a total of over $13,000.00 was donated to local organizations, through the Kickapoo Country Fair volunteer program.

Individual groups raised anywhere from $125.00 to $2,200.00!
