2005
- Family farmers located in Texas, Maryland, New Hampshire, Indiana and Alberta, Canada join CROPP.
- Organic Valley adds Rocky Mountain Pastures and Texas Pastures regional cartons to their growing line of delicious regional milks. Texas Pastures is the first organic milk to be produced and bottled in the state of Texas.
- CROPP establishes its own pasturing standard, encouraging the USDA to provide stronger language to ensure pasture for all organic dairy livestock.
- CROPP ends the year with 730 farmer-members, and sales reach $242 million.
2006
- Organic Valley celebrates the membership of their 600th organic dairy farmer who is also the first organic dairy farmer in the state of Kentucky.
- In addition to Kentucky, family farmers from North Carolina, South Dakota, North Dakota, Idaho and Utah join CROPP.
- To further its long-time commitment to humane animal treatment, CROPP launches an Animal Wellness Taskforce that routinely reviews and constantly refines the cooperative's humane treatment guidelines.

2007
- Organic farmers receive a surprise delivery in the mail: a 13th paycheck that adds another $0.75 per hundred pounds of milk to their pay price for their entire 2006 production.
- Organic Valley opens its state-of-the-art, "green" distribution center in Cashton, Wis.
- Wisconsin has the second highest number of organic farms in the United States (next to California).
- Total cooperative membership surpasses 1,000 family farmers with the addition of family farmers from Tennessee, Virginia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Massachusetts.
- The co-op ends the year with 1201 farmer-members and reports record sales at $432.5 million, up 30% from the previous year.
- Organic Valley is awarded Fast Company magazine's Socialist Capitalist Award; Carolina Farm Stewardship Association names Organic Valley Business of the Year; and Co-op America awards Organic Valley the Green Business Leadership Award.
- CROPP's CEIEIO, George Siemon receives prestigious "Sustie Award for Leadership in Sustainable Agriculture" from the Ecological Farming Association.
- The Glynwood Center awards all CROPP farmers with the Glynwood Farmer Award.
- CME Theresa Marquez receives the "Enduring Values Award" from the Leadership Gathering, a prestigious award given to pioneers and leaders of the organic movement who have demonstrated long-term, unwavering commitment to protecting and advancing the core values and vision of the movement.
2008
- Family farmers from New Mexico join CROPP in February.
- CROPP Cooperative kicks off its 20th Anniversary celebration with more than 1,200 family farmer-members in 34 states and one Canadian province.
