Salutes Butterfat & Grab-n-Go Milks at Winter Fancy Food Show

"Healthy and happy" are the watchwords of the Organic Valley Winter Fancy Food Show team as they prepare to highlight the brand's award-winning butters, especially its high-fat European Style Cultured Butter, and its low-fat lunch box ready single serve flavored milks.

"Fat is back," said Sara Tedeschi, Organic Valley Community Nutrition Educator. "The nutritional community has a revived sense of appreciation for the true benefits of the fats in rich, hearty butters like Organic Valley's European Style Cultured Butter. A well balanced diet depends upon these fats and this is especially true for children."

Tedeschi, who has dedicated her career to educating families about where food comes from, also is happy about the trend to organic convenience. "Parents who feed their families organic at home now are able to give them organic options to take with them during the day. The shelf-stable organic Single Serves offered by Organic Valley in kid-friendly Plain and Chocolate flavors make it easy."

Visit the Organic Valley website for more information about European Style Cultured Butter and Single Serve Milks.
