Have some Half & Half in halves. Organic Valley's Half & Half is now available in half-gallon (64 oz.) cartons.

Organic Valley's Half & Half is the nation's most popular certified organic Half & Half of its kind, and is currently available in 16 oz. and 32 oz. varieties.

"We added the half-gallon size with foodservice providers and restaurants in mind," said John Marin, commercial division sales manager for Organic Valley. "The new screw-top carton is ideal for coffee bars, delis and restaurants.

"In addition, by using a special flash heating and cooling technology, the ultra-pasteurized Half & Half will stay fresh up to three times longer than other creams," Marin added.

Like all Organic Valley dairy products, Organic Valley's Half & Half is produced by family farmers in harmony with nature without antibiotics, synthetic hormones or pesticides. Their animals are raised humanely and given certified organic feed—never any animal by-products—and their pastures are certified organic.
