CROPP Cooperative, owner of the Organic Valley Family of Farms Brand, is raising capital through the sale of its Class E Preferred Stock. This stock carries a cumulative dividend of 6%, to be paid quarterly. The minimum investment is $5,000.

This offering is open through December 31st, 2010.
