We Go Beyond

Organic Valley is staying the course of our original mission: to fiercely protect the environment, organic family farming, and rural communities. In support of that mission, our CEO and founding farmer George Siemon took a key role in developing the National Standards on Organic Agricultural Production, which were implemented by the USDA on October 21, 2002. Today he continues the fight to define and defend standards for truly sustainable organic agriculture that consumers can trust.
