Gold: Heavy Whipping Cream

Gold: Salted Butter
Weighing in at exactly 1 lb., our salted butter has a long history as a champ. Not only did he win a gold medal in LA, he placed at the World Championship Cheese Contest (butter battles it out there, too), and the World Dairy Expo. Professional chefs call on this versatile contender to lend his buttery goodness to world-class cuisine, but he's equally at home as a pat on a regular 'ole slice of toast. Pair him with seasonal vegetables for a one-two punch that will knock you off your feet, like this recipe for Shiitake Powered Green Beans.
Gold: Cream Cheese
