Our Raw Milk Mild Cheddar is a treat for cheddar lovers, and performs well in cooking favorite recipes such as tacos, casseroles, and grilled cheese sandwiches. This cheddar is made from the milk of humanely raised, pastured cows produced by our cooperative’s family farmer-owners.
