Mozzarella, 8 oz

Legend has it that Mozzarella cheese was invented by accident when cheese curds fell into a bucket of hot water, near Naples, Italy. Mozzarella was originally made from the milk of water buffaloes, but Organic Valley Mozzarella is made from farm fresh  organic milk from pastured cows on our family farms. Mozzarella is known for its "stretchy" quality—but you won't find it a stretch to recognize the wonderful organic taste.

I would like to know what is the source of enzymes in your cheese. Is it animal derived enzymes /rennets or microbial or plant derived enzymes? Which variety of your cheese contain animal derived enzymes and which variety contain plant derived enzymes?

I need your help. My husband's favorite food is pizza. He eats it every
day, literally. At least he did until he was deployed to Qatar with the
Air Force where he will be stationed for a YEAR. He has not had pizza
since he left and I would like to surprise him this year for our
anniversary with supplies to make a pizza! Our anniversary is on May 31.
He has a refridgerator and microwave in his dorm room, so i could send
him pizza crusts and sauce, even pepperoni, but...how do i get the
cheese there? It takes a week to get a package to him and i don't know
how to send mozzarella cheese since it needs to be refridgerated. Please
help me out...My two little boys (ages 7 and 8) and I are desperate to
surprise the most wonderful husband an soldier America could ask for.
Please contact me and help me make a soldier's dream come true.
