Mozzarella Cheese

It is said that Mozzarella cheese was invented by accident when cheese curds fell into a bucket of hot water, near Naples, Italy. Originally made from the milk of water buffaloes, Organic Valley's Mozzarella is made from farm fresh organic cows' milk. Mozzarella is known for it's "stretchy" quality, but you won't find it a stretch to recognize the wonderful organic taste.
