I live with my 94yo mother and have no car. We would love to have shelf-stable half and half for our daily coffee. Please continue to make this product. I bought it at Good Earth and was simply amazed. I would love to order it online.

I want to support family owned farms that are Organic and non-GMO. I love all the items from Organic Valley. Thank you for all your wonderful products. Now if we could only get raw milk, it would be paradise :-)

Please bring back OV shelf stable half and half - I just discovered it and now it's not available. It's the perfect solution for our church kitchen, where we want to have half and half available every week for coffee hour, but don't want to risk buying too much and have it sour if we don't use it fast enough! This lets us have some in reserve at all times!

IT'S BAAACK! Our local giant employee-owned "we don't take credit cards" Woodman's grocery store has been carrying this product for about a month (possibly longer, but I just happened to find it recently in the dairy section near the yogurt in boxes on the floor). Hubby enjoys in his coffee daily and we never run out because I stockpiled (though the expiration date is nearing-maybe I overdid it).

This is the best supplier of organic dairy in America, and having that quality of half and half in a shelf stable version is priceless. Does anyone know when/if this will ever be rereleased? I would buy it by the case.

i don't understand what the difference is between 'shelf stable' and plain old uht pasteurized dairy. if both your ultra pasteurized and shelf stable products are done using uht, then why are they both not shelf stable?

Hello Zee, Ultrapasteurization gives refrigerated milk a longer shelf life, but doesn't make it shelf-stable. It is the aseptic packaging, in combination with UHT processing, that allows our shelf-stable milk to last for months without refrigeration.

I used the shelf stable half and half as I live in a rural area and can't get to the store often. I loved it for the convenience and qualtiy, I sure hope you put it back on the market soon! I was buying a case at a time!

I have a room at a nursing center and would love to have OV shelf stable 1/2 & 1/2 for my coffee and tea. I have a spinal cord injury and I must call my caretaker when I need something I can't get online or that is perishable and can't store at room temperature.
