All the nutritionists I read say to not use dairy products that are ultra pasteurized. Is there any way you can go back to regular pasteurized half and half and whole milk? It's killing all those beneficial bacteria.

Hi Carri - We offer both traditionally pasteurized and ultra pasteurized milk. The gallons are always traditionally pasteurized while the half gallons are a mix of both. If your local retailer only carries the ultra pasteurized version, be sure to request our traditionally pasteurized version!
