Organic Valley Egg Whites come from certified organic eggs that have been removed from their shells, separated from their yolks, and pasteurized. The result is a fat and cholesterol-free egg product and an excellent source of protein you can freely enjoy as a perfectly delicious, wholesome energy-rich treat! Our organic hens are nurtured in small flocks with access to the outdoors and sunlight, as nature intended. In return, they lay the most delectable certified organic eggs we’ve ever tasted. We think you’ll agree!

Thanks for your great product!
Hi Mario,
Thanks for the great feedback! I'll be sure to pass your suggestion along to our product team.
As a courtesy to our consumers, we do add vitamins to *some* of our whole milks. We have requests both to have them added and to not add them to the whole milk.
Our whole milk with added vitamins is primarily found in the HTST, or regularly pasteurized milk. The ultra pasteurized (UP) whole milk is not fortified with vitamins, with one exception. One ultra pasteurized milk plant does add vitamin D to the whole milk (plant #51-4109). To confirm that your Organic Valley milk product is not fortified with vitamin D, always check the carton label.
Hi Ashley, I'm sorry you are not able to find the version of our whole milk that you prefer. Our reduced fat milks (also lowfat and fat free) are all fortified with vitamin D because of legal requirements. However whole milk is considered to naturally have higher levels of vitamin D, so supplementation is not required. We offer whole milk in both varieties - with and without vitamin D - because we have requests for both.
Thanks for your two cents, S. We do have requests in both directions, which is why we offer both, but unfortunately not all stores are able to carry both versions. We do the best we can. :)
