Studies have shown that organic oranges contain as much as 12% more Vitamin C than conventionally-grown fruit. OV Orange Juice contains 120% of the USDA’s recommendation for daily Vitamin C, and it’s a good source of potassium and folate. The antioxidant limonin, present in orange juice at about the same levels as Vitamin C, has the unique property of remaining in the blood and providing protection for 24 hours (unlike most antioxidants, which are gone from the blood after 6 hours).
