Our 64oz Heavy Whipping Cream contains all the wholesome goodness you expect from Organic Valley in a convenient half gallon size. Our luscious organic cream is standardized to 40% butterfat, then vat pasteurized by slowly heating it to 145 degrees F. for a minimum of 30 minutes before cooling. Vat pasteurized for rich creaminess and optimal performance.
