Organic Valley is proud to offer delicious and nutritious certified organic lactose-free milk. We start with organic milk, ultra-pasteurize it and then add a natural enzyme, lactase. Lactase converts lactose (milk's primary carbohydrate) into glucose and galactose—simple sugars that are easily digested. Thanks to Organic Valley, lactose intolerant individuals can enjoy the health and nutrition benefits of real organic milk. Like all our milk, Organic Valley Lactose Free Milk is produced by our cooperative of family farmers from pastured cows without use of antibiotics, synthetic hormones or pesticides.
