Ultra pasteurized, pasture-raised organic milk contains all the fresh, wholesome goodness you expect from Organic Valley.
All Organic Valley dairy farms are pasture-based, meaning the major portion of the cows’ diet comes from pasture. Since grazing is a bedrock principle of our organic farming system and philosophy, we long ago created a strict pasture policy, which we are proud to say was the model for a supplemental federal rule in the USDA’s National Organic Standards. We believe that when cows eat well, you do too! Learn more about the nutritional qualities of pasture-raised milk.
Organic Valley pasture-raised milk is homogenized and ultra pasteurized—a modern flash-heating and cooling technology that keeps milk fresh, safe and nutritious for a longer time than does traditional pasteurization. This delicious milk is available in your local dairy aisle in quarts and half gallons.

Aw, thanks, Allan! Our farmers (and cows) truly appreciate your support! :)
That's a great reason to drink our milk, Samantha! Thanks for sharing!
Hi Ana,
We're thrilled to hear how much you and your family enjoy our milk! It really is delicious!
I'd recommend signing up for our Farm Friends e-newsletter to get the scoop on special promotions we're running. Be sure to provide your mailing address so we can send you a welcome kit with great coupons (milk included), recipes, and a "Go Organic" bumper sicker! Thanks!
owner of Ringling circus for many years during 1920 - to 1930's milk was an essential part of living a long and healthy life
Just wanted to say that my family switched to organic milk (and other organic products) 10 years ago. I have Asperger's Syndrome (a form of Autism), and I believe that my family's switch to organic is the reason why my Asperger's has declined drastically. I am now 21, and my Asperger's is completely under control now.
Keep it up!
My children won't drink any other milk. They were at their Grandmothers the other night and came home to tell me that they had a great time BUT Grama
doesn't have the RIGHT kind of milk!
