Our ultra pasteurized organic milk contains all the wholesome goodness you expect from Organic Valley. We start with fresh, whole milk from pastured cows on the organic family farms of our cooperative. The milk is ultra pasteurized and then homogenized. Ultra pasteurization is a special flash heating and cooling technology that keeps milk fresh and nutritious up to three times longer than traditionally pasteurized varieties. Many people prefer this type of milk for its longer shelf life. Ultra pasteurized milk is available in quarts and half gallons.

I have a daughter that is now 39 years old when she was born,here in 1972 she went on skim milk at 6 months because she could not tolerate any formulas,so she grew up drinking real milk. I had a grandfather that told me never let her drink anything except organic milk. My grandad lived to be 04.5 years as a local dairy farmer andut he happened to be an animal trainer for Mr. John Ringling
owner of Ringling circus for many years during 1920 - to 1930's milk was an essential part of living a long and healthy life

Hey OV,

Just wanted to say that my family switched to organic milk (and other organic products) 10 years ago. I have Asperger's Syndrome (a form of Autism), and I believe that my family's switch to organic is the reason why my Asperger's has declined drastically. I am now 21, and my Asperger's is completely under control now.

We love this milk, it tastes the best. I just wish I could get a coupon for it once in a while. It seems like you guys always have coupons out, but none for the delicious milk I buy every week.

I began buying your milk about three years ago for my family.
My children won't drink any other milk. They were at their Grandmothers the other night and came home to tell me that they had a great time BUT Grama
doesn't have the RIGHT kind of milk!

Excellent milk but the redesign of the packaging on the milk products is ATROCIOUS. I cringe when reaching for it in the market.
