To reconstitute: Add 3 tablespoons Organic Valley Nonfat Dry Milk to 1 cup (8oz) cold water. Stir, shake or blend vigorously. For a richer, thicker taste, use 4-5 tablespoons dry milk to 1 cup cold water.

Great question! The best way to store our Nonfat Dry Milk Powder is to keep it in a cool, dry place. As long as moisture can't get in, it will stay fresh until its expiration date (embossed on the side of the bag).
