Perfect for cooking, baking or drinking, our nonfat dry milk is made from Organic Valley's certified organic skim milk.
To reconstitute: Add 3 tablespoons Organic Valley Nonfat Dry Milk to 1 cup (8oz) cold water. Stir, shake or blend vigorously. For a richer, thicker taste, use 4-5 tablespoons dry milk to 1 cup cold water.

i want to buy your product especially the non-fat dried milk powder.
If the product is produced, how does the expiration date?
1 year 6 months? Or 2 years?
If the product in January 2012 when the production, the expiry date is when?

Thanks for the note. All of our Nonfat Dry Milk Powder has an expiration date that is coded one year from the date it was packaged. So, for example, if a package of our Nonfat Dry Milk Powder has an expiration date of January 2012, that means it was packaged in January 2011.
I also want to purchase less plastic packaging. Since your product comes in plastic can you provide what # plastic it is for proper recycling.
The Tampa area recycles all numbers of plastic 1-7.

Thanks for posting. The plastic used to package our Nonfat Dry Milk Powder is a polyethylene. Where programs are available, this pouch can be recycled with LDPE or #4 plastic. It is always best to check with your county's recycling department to see if they are able to recycle this pouch.
Earth911 has some very good information on recycling. This site will direct you to recycling centers for all types of packaging in your region. Simply enter your zip code and the type of material you want to recycle.
