All of the delicious, tangy flavor of our regular organic Sour Cream with half the calories and less than half the fat! Organic Valley's Lowfat Sour Cream begins life as the finest organic milk available from our family farmers. We use acidophilus and bifidus cultures to aid in lactose digestion.  Vegetarian microbial enzymes (such as the enzymes used to create many Organic Valley cheeses) and organic rice starch are introduced to enhance the body of the cream and provide velvety texture. Our nationally acclaimed organic sour cream is free of preservatives and is certified kosher. With ingredients this good, guilt-factor this low and taste and texture so enjoyable, go for a double dollop!
