Being rich is nothing new when it comes to our sour cream; but we measure wealth differently. Organic Valley Sour Cream is a blend of pasteurized, homogenized organic cream and organic skim milk from pasture-raised cows. The blend is “cultured” to achieve the signature tangy flavor, and active acidophilus and bifidus probiotics are added. Vegetarian microbial enzymes (such as the enzymes used to create many Organic Valley cheeses) are introduced to enhance the body of the cream and provide velvety texture. Our nationally acclaimed organic sour cream is free of preservatives and gums, and is certified kosher. All you get is pure flavor.
