Please don't change this recipe...it's perfect the way it is!!! I would just like to see it in a larger container size- as I use one a week since my ND suggested removal of most of my dairy intake due to allergies. After trying a few others a while ago- this has been my new fav and I just love it! Perhaps this note helps with demand a bit... Thanks for making such great organic products while being fair and sustainable!

Would love to see this product available made with stevia

Hi Robin - Thanks for the note. In efforts to use great tasting, organic ingredients, we've chosen to use organic, Fair Trade vanilla, and sweeten it with Fair Trade unrefined sugar. We do, however, very much appreciate your comments as we're continually looking for ways to improve our delicious, organic products! I've happily passed your request onto our product team for future considerations. Cheers!

I was surprised to find the French Vanilla Soy Creamer to be a dark brown color, reminding me of muddy pond water. Yet the illustration on the container shows it as a white liquid. There is no information written on the container advising of the color of the product. Why the deception?
Tracy at Organic Valley

Hi Tom - Sorry our soy creamer took you by surprise. Please know, we never meant to mislead you! The dark color is attributed to the use of unrefined organic cane sugar and unrefined organic vanilla (both naturally dark in color). Thanks for the great feedback! We'll be sure our product team hears your comments.

Love your soy creamer! It would be nice to see it in a 32 oz. size. You can find 32 oz. containers of soy creamer in other brands.
Tracy at Organic Valley

Thanks, Thomas! We're happy to hear you're a fan of our soy creamer! At this time, we haven't seen high enough demand to dictate a larger sized carton, but will be sure our product team hears your request. Cheers!

I absolutely love this cramer and wouldn't change a thing about it

Aw, thanks a million, Tatiana!

I LOVE your soy creamer... vanilla and all because it tastes great in my coffee...and I'm not a flavored creamer person. I wish more companies would offer a soy creamer without carrageenan and unhealthy oils.

In recent months I purchased a few cartons from Whole Foods, Devon PA which were bad...before the expiration date. Not sure what that was about.

I just wish your creamer was a little cheaper!!! It's the only thing that holds me back from buying it more.

Hi Sheeba - We're thrilled you're a fan of our soy creamer, but are very sorry to hear about your recent experience. I've sent you a personal message to obtain more details. Thanks for letting us know!

There are various factors that go into the price of our organic products. As a farmer-owned coop, one of our main goals has always been to pay our farmers a fair wage and keep small family farming a sustainable livelihood. We believe we have the best quality and safety testing program in the country, not to mention really delicious, wholesome products. We think it's worth it and hope you do too!

Tried the original soy creamer, and sorry, but it's awful. It has a stale dried milk taste, more like carnation powdered creamer. We will not buy this again. On the other hand, the regular Organic Valley half & half is great, so it will continue to be staple in our fridge, despite the fat & cholesterol.

Hi Denise - We're so sorry to hear about your recent experience. I've sent you a personal message for more details so our Quality Assurance Team can take a look into it. Thanks so much for letting us know, and be sure to keep your eyes out for my email. Thanks!

Hey, where can I buy this soy creamer? Whole Foods? I'm very interested in trying it.
Tracy at Organic Valley

Hi Mia,

Our store locator is really the best tool we have for finding OV products in your area! Once you enter your zip code, you'll see a list of stores near you who carry our products. I'd recommend giving them a call to see if they stock our soy creamers. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to search for individual products by store, but it's a tool we're hoping to have someday. Best of luck!

Having asthma I was told to stop using dairy so I went to soy products, smart advice. I really love this creamer over silk it's more creamy and you don't need to use as much. Exellent product.

Thanks, Ron!

I concur with all the concerns over the color! I just submitted the question to customer service and then found this comment section. I can now confidently go to my fridge and add the creamer to my coffee! The packaging DEFINITELY needs to change on this product as I'm sure many just dumped it out never to try again. I did a double take, smelled it, checked the date, looked at the picture; and then chose to inquire before putting it in my coffee. Better to just be straight up about the benefit of having a natural color to the product!

Hi Janet,

Thanks for the feedback. I'll be sure to pass your comments along to our product team!
