Sorry to hear about the sweetness issue. Some of us, me included, have a lower tolerance of sweetness, but we need to compromise sometimes with a flavor profile that works for the greatest number of people. Ask your grocer to stock the plain! It's delicious straight out of the carton and it's great when it's naturally sweetened with fresh fruit in a smoothie.
Our yogurt is made with pasteurized milk; the other ingredients are listed on the right of this page. To make yogurt, basically, we mix the ingredients, culture and ferment the milk, and then bottle. Thanks for asking!
