Omelet Fillings
A full list of the possibilities would be very long, of course. Think of the following as a good beginning.
Easy:
- Grilled or caramelized onions
- Cooked hash browns
- Organic Prairie ground beef, cooked with taco seasonings
- Sautéed mushrooms, broccoli or winter greens
- Cooked, crumbled Organic Prairie bacon, turkey bacon, Italian or breakfast sausage, or Italian chicken sausage
- Apple slices cooked in butter
- Grilled, chopped Organic Prairie rib-eye or New York strip steak
Easier:
- Softened Organic Valley cream cheese mixed with tarragon and/or chives
- Chopped green onions, tomatoes and sweet peppers
- Diced Organic Prairie pepperoni, ham, smoked turkey breast or Canadian bacon

Easiest:
