Asian Veggie Slaw

Low-carb never tasted so good! Bright and colorful with plenty of fiber to boot, enjoy Asian Slaw with organic grilled chicken or steak!


  • 4 cups thinly sliced bok choy
  • 1 large carrot, peeled
  • 1 cup snow peas, strings removed and sliced lengthwise
  • 12 cup grated red cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (Eden Toasted Sesame Oil)
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce (Eden)
  • 2 teaspoons mince fresh ginger
  • sea salt to taste


Place sliced bok choy and red cabbage in a large bowl; grate carrot into cabbage mixture. Toss in prepared snow peas.

In a small bowl, mix oils, vinegar, tamari soy sauce, and ginger. Pour dressing over salad, toss to coat. Season to taste with salt.


For a burst of color and a unique flavor, try this unique vinegrette variation:

1 Tablespoon of olive oil

1 Tablespoon of Eden Toasted Sesame Oil

2 Tablespoons of Eden's Ume Plum Vinegar

2 teaspoons of grated fresh ginger

and sea salt to taste
