Auntie Kerry likes to sip this warming delight while wrapping gifts and watching classic holiday movies.

Ingredients

1 cup Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream, chilled to perfection
8 teaspoons organic sugar (or to taste)
6 fluid ounces Irish whiskey
2 fluid ounces chocolate syrup (organic and fair trade)
3 cups organic Fair Trade coffee, strong and fresh brewed

Directions

Whip heavy cream until it holds stiff peaks while gradually adding sugar to taste.
Pour Irish whiskey into a festive mug or Irish coffee glass, swirl in the choclate syrup and add enough of the coffee to fill the mug three-fourths full. Stir well then spoon whipped cream on top. Garnish with chocolate shavings, sprinkles of cinnamon, nutmeg and/or swirls of syrup.
