Get your breakfast and your buzz all at once. Now you’re saving time! This morning wake-me-up requires a bit of advance planning, but not much effort. Make a larger-than-usual pot of strongly brewed coffee and pop the leftovers in the fridge to chill the day prior. For those who enjoy frosty coffee concoctions, leftover coffee can be frozen in ice cube trays. Pop out a half tray of coffee cubes and blend with the yogurt and banana.
Dump all contents into blender container and blend on low speed until the banana breaks down a bit; then blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Variation: For a more pronounced coffee flavor, add 1-2 teaspoons of instant espresso powder.
