Try this quick and easy recipe with Organic Valley Pepper Jack cheese and Simply Organic Salsa Mix.
In a medium bowl, stir Simply Organic Salsa Mix into water. Stir in refried beans.
In a large greased skillet, lightly grill both sides of tortilla shells. Place one back in the skillet and spread on bean mix. Add shredded cheese and place other tortilla on top. Grill until cheese is melted.
Serve as an appetizer or light lunch. Serve with sour cream and salsa. Try a fruit salsa for a fresh twist.
