Bert Roper's mother used to make these, using preserved Kumquats for the fruit. Submitted by the Ropers, Organic Valley citrus farmers in Orange County

Ingredients

Directions

To your favorite biscuit recipe:
After you have cut your biscuit score in the middle with a knife, add a small piece of organic butter and a piece of your favorite orange marmalade.
Fold over and place on baking sheet. Bake as usual.
Yummy!

Notes

Editors note: I tried this with marmalade and Organic Valley Colby cheese, and it was tasty!
