A decadent version of the steak house classic.

Ingredients

Directions

Melt butter in large sauté pan. Add the shallots and sauté until soft. Add the fresh spinach and stir until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Add cream and cook for two minutes, or until cream has reduced by half. Stir in sherry and nutmeg and simmer another minute. Serve hot.
