Deli Sandwich with Roasted Red Peppers

This is no sandwich for teatime--it's oversized, slightly sloppy and as hearty as stew.
Ingredients
- thick-sliced whole grain bread (or sourdough or rye bread)
- Organic Valley Butter, softened
- butterhead lettuce leaves
- Organic Prairie Roasted Turkey Breast Slices (or Roast Beef Slices or Hardwood Smoked Sliced Ham)
- whole grain mustard (or mayonnaise or sliced Organic Valley Cheese of your choice)
- red peppers, roasted, sliced into strips
Butter two slices of bread with softened butter. Layer the remaining ingredients onto one slice and top with the second slice.
Press down, pick up and dig in!
