  • 2 Organic Prairie Large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thawed
  • 12 onion, chopped (medium-sized)
  • 12 cup water, filtered
  • 12 pound baby carrots
  • 2 summer squash, chopped (medium-sized)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, rinsed and drained
  • 13 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 13 cup raw sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned (medium-sized)


Sear Organic Valley Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts in (hot pepper) sesame oil for 3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium-low and add onion, tamari and water. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes each side. Uncover and add carrots, yellow squash, red bell pepper, broccoli and spices. Stir and replace cover until chicken is cooked throughout and vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and sprinkle with raw sesame seeds (a great source of vitamin E and essential fatty acids). Serve over steamed basmati or brown rice, and enjoy!!!!
