Sear Organic Valley Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts in (hot pepper) sesame oil for 3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium-low and add onion, tamari and water. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes each side. Uncover and add carrots, yellow squash, red bell pepper, broccoli and spices. Stir and replace cover until chicken is cooked throughout and vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and sprinkle with raw sesame seeds (a great source of vitamin E and essential fatty acids).
