Farm Friends Organic Ranch Dressing

- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup Organic Valley Whole Milk
- 2 tablespoons Organic Valley Buttermilk Blend
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery leaves
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground pepper
Whisk first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
For a milder flavor, saute the shallots in butter. Dressing can be prepared 5 days ahead. Keep refrigerated.
