A rich, creamy, and world class festive fondue featuring Organic Valley's award winning Raw Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
Simply melt Organic Valley European-style butter in a fondue pot (or heavy saucepan over low heat). Slowly whisk in flour and mix well. Gradually whisk in warm milk and stir until thickened. Add diced Organic Valley Raw Sharp Cheddar cheese, and mix until melted.
Serve with sliced Granny Smith apples. Enjoy!!
