Directions

Spread apricot jam on the inside of both slices of bread and place the Organic Valley American Cheese Singles and cooked Organic Prairie Bacon between. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwich in skillet until browned on both sides and cheese is melted. Cut and serve immediately.
