Roasted Garlic Paste:
Preheat oven to 350. Peel garlic cloves, coat with olive oil and place in a small oven safe dish. Cover and bake for 25-40 minutes (depending on size of cloves) or until garlic is golden in color and soft. Puree in food processor until smooth.
Spread roasted garlic paste on the inside of one of the slices of bread and top with the Organic Valley America Cheese Singles, prosciutto and the other slice of bread. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and grill sandwich in skillet until browned on both sides and cheese is melted. Cut and serve immediately.
