
Grilling with the seasons, anyone? A delicious way to serve up garden fresh squash.
Melt butter and mix with oil, lemon juice and parsley.
Cut squash in half, lengthwise, and brush all over with the butter mixture.
Grill over medium-hot coals for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every few minutes, until tender when pierced.
