Grilled Cheese Croutons

Ingredients

Directions

Spread 2 slices of Rudiís  Organic whole wheat or multi-grain bread with 2 teaspoons softened Organic Valley Unsalted Butter. Place 2 slices Organic Valley Deli Sliced Cheddar or American Singles over unbuttered side of 1 slice bread and top with the remaining bread buttered side up. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side. Cut into strips (children love them) or small squares for croutons in soups or on salads.
