Cut off crusts from four slices of soft whole wheat or multi-grain bread. (Reserve the crusts for making fresh breadcrumbs). Use a rolling pin to flatten the bread as thinly as possible then place one slice of Organic Valley American Singles over each slice of bread. Roll up tightly with cheese inside. Melt 1-1/2 tablespoons Organic Valley Unsalted Butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the roll ups, seam sides down and cook until golden brown, turning occasionally with tongs, 4 to 5 minutes. If the roll ups start to open up use the tongs to squeeze them together. Serve warm (children love them) or cool and cut into 3/4-inch slices and use for croutons in a soup or on a salad.
