Bring on the giggle-fest with this bagel that's the cheesy best!
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 oatbran bagels
- 1 tablespoon Organic Valley Neufchatel Cheese Spread
- 1 tablespoon Organic Valley Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tablespoons sprouts
- 2 whole olives
- 4 cucumber slices
- 1 red bell pepper slice
Directions
Schmear Organic Valley Neufchatel Cheese Spread all over 1/2 of a (toasted or untoasted) whole grain bagel.
Place sprouts on the top half of bagel (as hair), 2 olives placed as eyeballs, cucumbers for ears and/or cheeks, and a big 'ol red bell pepper smile!

Serve with a tall glass of Organic Valley Milk!

Kids in the Kitchen:
Let them go wild. Create monsters, witches, puppies, jack-o-lantern faces, and the moon! Try different schmears, sprinkle shredded Organic Valley Cheeses for "beards and fluffy hair," and finally instruct the children to "PLAY WITH YOUR FOOD!" It's all good...and ORGANIC!
