Healthy Cake Frosting

Recipe from Organic Valley farmer Jane Siemon.

Ingredients

1 cup Organic Valley Nonfat Dry Milk
1 stick Organic Valley Butter (1/4 lb)
¹⁄₄ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon water

Directions

Mix ingredients together with an electric mixer and spread on cake. Adjust ingredients as desired for a stiffer or sweeter frosting. Add juice concentrates, preserves, cocoa, or carob for other flavors.

That is tue, Dee, but this problem could be easily resolved by some fresh farm milk from a local fam, or buting one of the many organic and/or soy mils there are to choose from. One thing about cooking, is o always be thingking outside the box! :D I love organic recipes! Does anyone know of any organic plain cookie dough recipes? Thnx! :D

Nice idea, however, Nonfat Dry Milk is NOT a healthy "food." (Which is why I wish OG would not add it to their products...the only complaint I have)
