Serving Suggestions

Great accompaniment to an Organic Valley Beef Patty, a Peasful Egg Salad sammy, or even the Crunchy Green Salad Surprise!

Top with different varieties of Organic Valley Cheeses: Pepper Jack, Mozzarella, Raw Sharp or Low Fat Farmer Cheese.

Notes

Kids in the Kitchen:

Parents may want to dice the potatoes, or offer assistance to the younger sous chefs as potatoes can be challenging to dice. Try preparing the potatoes, oil and spices ahead of time and place in a covered bowl overnight to marinate. Bake in the morning for sweet simplicity! "The cheese is the best part of all! Let's make some more!" - Mikaia (age 3). "I love potatoes and melted cheese, and there's not too many twiggy herbs (rosemary) in this batch" - Maya (age 6).
