Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons Organic Valley Pasture Butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon

Directions

Blend all ingredients with wooden spoon until creamy. Chill for at least half an hour. Use a pastry bag and decorative tips to pipe butter onto cooked fish, poultry or vegetables. Or, transfer butter mixture to waxed paper and shape into a log before chilling, and then slice into rounds for serving.
